Our Story
Wrap 'n' Pack started in the year 2003 to manufacture Wax Coated Paper used in wrapping biscuits.
As we progressed, in 2006, started making wax paper rolls for confectionery with a capacity of 30 tonns/month.
To keep up with the changing requirements in the market, in 2008 we started with the pouching job work with machine capacity of 1 lakh pouches per day. Muskaan Polymers & NB Poly flames were our initial clients. With business growing over the years, by 2015 we were equipped with 5 machines with advanced technology.
In 2017, we started manufacturing duplex boxes for dukes company.
Wax Coating Machine:
Wax Coating Machine Wax/Hot Melt coating is done involving three roll transfer coating method. Coating control is achieved through pressurized rubber roll driven separately.
Printed Wax Paper:
Printing is done on roto gravure printing machines in a roll form. By using wax paper for your product packing, you would enhance the brand value to your product and it gives unique identity.
Pouching Machine:
We not only produce pouches and bags for every volume and viscosity of contents which suffices all our clients but we also assist you for what kind of packaging will suit best for your product, giving the most suitable result. We have wrapping solution for nearly all types of industries. Board Boxes Machine:
We are using advanced Heavy Duty Duplex sheet cutters and box making machines. These machines are appreciated machine in Paper Industry due to its heavy-duty and high-speed. Owing to the profound experience of the market, we have been able to offer a range of Duplex Board Boxes. All our products are made using excellent quality of duplex board from reputed mills. To meet the diverse requirements and choices of the customers, we offer our products in different shapes, designs and sizes. Due to lightweight, high load bearing capacity and Eco-friendliness, our Duplex Board are catering the needs of cosmetics, chemical and food industries.
